Institute of
Governmental Purchasing provides its members with education, research,
technical assistance, networking opportunities in public purchasing;
while promoting excellence, enhancing effectiveness and increasing
public trust.

to a wide variety of information of interest to vendors who wish
to provide goods and services to the state as well as state agencies
and municipalities.
The Wisconsin Association of
Public Purchasers is a non-profit educational and technical
organization of governmental buying individuals and agencies in the
State of Wisconsin.
EBEP
Program The City of Milwaukee's Emerging Business Enterprise Program (EBEP) is a multi-faceted direct service provider. The staff has a communication network with each of the city's contracting departments to ensure that the opportunities in commodity procurement, construction, service orders and professional services are available to small and emerging businesses.
The WTCS Purchasing Committee develops, fosters and executes cooperative purchasing initiatives, to achieve cost effective efficiencies for the Wisconsin Technical College System.
