$25.00 per year.  In addition, each member agency contributes staff expertise and time as they are able.

Newsletters
V.A.L.U.E. members receive tri-annual newsletters which include the latest information on upcoming bids,
bid results, and V.A.L.U.E. organization meetings and activities.
