been rearranged for ease of use. It will allow V.A.L.U.E. members to
see at a
glance what commodities are being bid, and when. It will also
note current contracts lengths and extensions if applicable.
“Requirements Due”
is
the
date
when the lead agency must receive each participating
agencies
commodity requirements for the bid.
“Bid Date” is
the date
the lead agency opens the bid. Lead agencies will then analyze
the
bids,
clarify any questions and award the contract to the successful vendor
and/or vendors.
Lead Agencies and
appropriate contact people are listed. Lead agencies are always
willing to answer questions and provide information to any agency
wishing to participate.
